What Questions Do Car Insurance Questions Ask?

Many wonder what types of questions should they prepare for when getting an  auto insurance quote in Ontario by phone, in person or an online auto insurance quote. Here is an exhaustive list that should get you prepared.

  • Name

  • Address including postal code

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • How you heard about the insurance company

  • Your date of birth

  • Your driver’s license number

  • When you received your Ontario license and G1, G2 and G dates. (Day, month and year)

  • Whether you have driver’s training

  • Prior insurance details such as

    • How long you have been insured

    • Policy number

    • Name of the prior insurance company

    • Renewal date also known as the “x date”
